8. Account Suspension and Closure

kgo999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for investigation, for any reason — particularly in cases of violation of these Terms — without prior notice. During suspension, the member will not be able to carry out any transactions or play any games.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

If you wish to close your own account, please contact our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed. A request to reactivate a closed account can also be made through the support team.

8.3 Banned Accounts

kgo999 reserves the right to forfeit the balance and earned bonuses of an account in cases of serious violation of these Terms. A member may appeal against such a decision in writing to our support address.

9. Limitation of Liability
